Agreed Value
Agreed Value is available on all boats qualifying for full coverage.
In the event of a total loss, this coverage pays the rating base regardless of
the actual cash value. Disappearing Deductibles are included with Agreed Value.
Acutal Cash Value
Actual Cash Value is available for all boats and PWCs qualifying for
full coverage. In the event of a total loss, this coverage pays the lesser of
the actual cash value at the time of loss or the rating base. Actual cash value
is determined by the market value, age, and condition of the watercraft at the time of the loss.
Comprehensive Deductible
Provides coverage for your watercraft in the event of fire, theft,
vandalism, and acts of nature. Coverage is subject to the deductible amount selected.
Collision Deductible
Provides protection against damage to your watercraft when it collides
with another object, other than an animal. Coverage is subject to the deductible
amount selected.
Bodily Injury
Coverage that you buy to reimburse anyone you injure in a vehicle
accident. This coverage pays for medical costs incurred from bodily injury,
lost wages, sickness, or death related to the accident. This coverage also
pays for legal fees and pain and suffering that may result from the accident.

Property Damage
Coverage you buy to pay for the property damage you may cause in an
watercraft accident. The coverage pays for the damage to other watercrafts,
property and structures. See the policy contract for further definition.
Uninsured Boater Uninsured Boater coverage protects you, your resident relatives, and occupants of an insured watercraft in the event of a bodily injury, including any resulting death sustained in an accident caused by the owner or operator of a watercraft that does not have insurance (Uninsured) to cover your damages.
Medical Pay
Pays certain medical and funeral expenses resulting from a watercraft
accident. This coverage protects anyone occupying your watercraft, skiing, or
using a trailer. These benefits are payable without regard to fault.
Personal Effects Value
Replacement cost personal effects pays for the loss of, or damage to,
personal property while on board an insured watercraft or while being carried
on or off an insured watercraft. Theft must be supported by visible evidence
of forced entry. Replacement Cost Personal Effects includes but is not limited
to: binoculars, cameras, CD players, cellular telephones, clothing, coolers,
portable radios, scuba equipment, sunglasses, etc. Coverage is available up to
$5,000 with a $250 deductible and pays up to $1000 for loss to any one item.
